recommend the processor license for the Workgroup Edition as this provides all

Alternatively, we can offer the ability to deploy our system to function on
Oracle if required.

The number of concurrent connections is constrained by the hardware that
the database and web application are deployed on. A standard configuration
server e.g. (Intel Pentium 4 3GHz 2mb cache, 500GB SATA etc) would happily
support 500 users assuming a maximum of 100 concurrent users at any one time.
